1. Simple Agreement

By joining HomeBulwark, you agree to let our vetted service partners inspect and fix home systems inside your registered property address according to your picked plan tier.

2. Usage of Service

You promise to provide safe access to your home appliances when our independent contract teams visit. Abuse, messy workspaces, or dangerous settings can invalidate your current monthly run window.

3. Simple Cancellation

Members can stop, pause, or shift their plan settings anytime without hidden penalties by editing settings directly inside their customer subscription interface panels.

4. Monthly Payments & Billing

Your subscription fees are billed automatically every month on the exact calendar day you signed up. If a payment fails, we will try to process it again for up to 7 days. During this grace period, your protection remains active, but failure to clear the dues after 7 days will temporarily pause your coverage ledger.

5. Flat Service Fee Rules

If you are on the Standard Shield plan, you agree to pay the flat ₹1,500 service fee directly via our portal before a repair team is dispatched. For Estate Bulwark members, this fee is always completely waived. If a technician arrives and cannot access the property or no adult is present, a re-scheduling fee may apply.

6. Parts Replacement & Quality

When a mechanical system or home appliance cannot be repaired safely, our reserve fund covers the replacement of parts with matching performance standards. We choose reliable, certified parts to restore your layout. Wear and tear from everyday use is fully covered, but pre-existing damage present before onboarding is not included.

7. Emergency Visits & Response Times

While we strive to dispatch local engineering teams within 2 to 4 hours for severe plumbing arrays or high-voltage line emergencies, external factors like extreme weather, local public holidays, or part availability can alter response windows. We prioritize safety and critical breakdowns above standard appliance requests.

8. Limits of Financial Coverage

To keep the registry stable and fair for all community house members, each subscription plan has an annual cap on total repair payouts. The Standard Shield plan covers up to ₹1,50,000 in annual restoration work, while the Estate Bulwark plan provides an extended limit of up to ₹4,00,000 per year.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may occasionally update these rules to match new service networks or changes in regional regulations. We will always notify you via email at least 15 days before making any major updates to our protection terms.
